Clinic Policy
When booking an appointment at Clinic Néu, you are agreeing to this policy, please read through it prior to your appointment.
Booking fees are required to confirm all appointments.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Booking fees are taken off the total treatment price. The remaining balance must be paid at the appointment.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give more than 24 hours notice.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, a new appointment will need to be booked with a new booking fee.
Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the total treatment price.
No-shows will be charged a fee of 50% of the total treatment price.

Please follow all treatment pre-care prior to your appointment. If you fail to do so, I will not be responsible for any issues that occur from it. These can be found on my instagram highlights, alternatively, please WhatsApp me for them.
Please come alone to your treatment, strictly no plus ones or children.
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
Lash appointments - If you are late, the time missed will be taken off your treatment time as I cannot over run. Please note full payment will still be taken.
Facials/Aesthetic appointments - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, due to not having enough time to carry out the full treatment thoroughly.
If you are not happy with the service you have received please tell me then and there. By you leaving without saying anything, it will be taken that you are satisfied with the treatment.
If you do need to contact me with any queries, this must be done within 48 hours post treatment for lash treatments & 28 days for skin/aesthetic treatments.
Please come to me first with any issues, if you seek help elsewhere and then come back to me I will not be able to do anything.
Please follow aftercare provided for your treatment, if you fail to do so I will not be responsible for any issues that may occur. This can be found on my instagram highlights, alternatively please contact me for them. Aesthetic appointments will receive a copy after treatment.
I DO NOT give refunds. I will try my best to amend any issues you may have, but this is my full time job, not a hobby.
